I am passionate about living my best life and helping others find theirs.  I consider this teaching as “tools for life” supporting wholeness of the self in a world of both energy and matter. This is similar to working out, with a focus on building and strengthening the energetic/spiritual muscle.  Through active meditation, we plug into the purity of the love force of the universe and begin to more deeply understand ourselves and all that is around us.
